An absolutely must watch after a hectic week, Here there be Mermaids is the first single from the new album from the Mars Smith duo – with Daniela Mars (flute) and Paul Smith (piano). The duo are joined by Lyyra, the brand new US-based women's ensemble created by The VOCES8 Foundation.

Here there be Mermaids is based on an ancient myth from the Faroe Islands, and in particular from the island of Kalsoy. This is the first single from a new cinematic album by the Mars Smith duo inspired by the breath-taking natural beauty and folklore of the islands.
